Be present even when you don’t feel like it. On the days when we wake up, wishing it were already bedtime routine. When we’re counting down the number of hours we have left to sit at a desk or the minutes until the parents get home. The most important place you can be is where you are at the moment. Be all there–even when you don’t feel like it.
